For today on a route there are 10 modern buses of mark Mercedes-Benz. Each of them is equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet and USB-connectors for charging gadgets. The route also includes the most famous areas of Phuket: Bang Tao, Surin, Kamala, Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai. The fare is depending on the distance. The maximum fare from the airport to Rawai is 170 baht. This is much cheaper than all known shuttle basses and taxis.
How to pay for Phuket Smart Bus
You can pay by bank transfer, using a bank card, or a special Rabbit card. You can buy it right in the bus, and replenish the balance at any of the 7/11 and Family Mart stores.
The company plans to increase the number of stops to 25 and purchase additional buses. The main purpose of which is the unloading of the island and the provision of budgetary transfer services to as many Phuket visitors as possible.
