Beaches in Phuket, Rawai district
Here is a three the main beaches: NaiHarn, Yanui, and Rawai beachfront. Also you can pay attention such beaches like Laem Ka, Ao Sane and the most popular viewpoint on the Promthep cape and of course seafood mart.
NaiHarn beach in the South of Phuket
NaiHarn is one of the best beaches of Asia and even of the world. Pretty spacious, calm in general from November to May. From May to October there are waves, but kids can swim on the shoal where no waves is.
Yanui Beach in Rawai
Yanui is a small beach which is located not so far away from NaiHarn. Quiet place, here is a few resorts and hotels. If you are living here without transport you have to go on the more enliven part of the island, for example in restaurants or supermarkets.
Rawai Beachfront — popular location in the South of Phuket
Rawai beachfront – here is the beach, you can’t swim here. In a low tide the water goes out on the 200 – 300 meters, from the coast, the bay is using for boats and cutters parking. It is protected from wind, here is quite for whole year.

Bon Island
Another plus of the quay is that you can go to the neighbor island on taxi-boat – the journey for a half of the day. The journey on the neighbor island will cost around 1500 Baht for the boat with 6 persons.
Coral island
Coral island also well know place among the tourists. There are hotel, if you want you can stay just right there, but I wouldn’t recommend to spend whole your vacations on the small island. At First, daily the beaches of the island visits a thousands of tourists, you will live in a vanity. It is better for you to go there for a half of day. The second is infrastructure of the island, there are only two beaches with a few small bars and restaurant and two small hotels. Just stay somewhere in Phuket and just travel on the boats.
